Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (or Use Garlic Powder)
- 4 dashes Italian Seasoning
- 1- 1/4 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1- 1/2 cup Favorite Tomato Sauce Or Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 4 ounces, weight Croutons

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Cover the bottom of your casserole dish with olive oil, crushed garlic and Italian seasoning.

- Layer the chicken breasts over the bottom of the olive oil mixture.
- 4.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the chicken.
- 5.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half the parmesan cheese over the marinara sauce.
- 6.
- Pour garlic croutons over the cheese.
- 7.
- Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the croutons.
- 8.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
- Ensure breasts are fully cooked before serving (meat thermometer should be at 155 degrees F).
