Squash Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 1-1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Cook squash and onion (both cut up) in a small amount of boiling salted water until just tender; drain well.
  4. Combine with other ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and the crackers.
  5. Place in greased dish and sprinkle cheese and crackers on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
