Apple, Bacon and Brie Panini
- 2 slices Marble Rye (or Bread Of Choice)
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 ounces, weight Creamy Brie (enough To Spread An Even Layer)
- 2 slices Fontina, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 whole Gala Apple, Sliced Thin
- 3 slices Bacon (cooked Until Crispy)
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 whole Handful Arugula, Or Your Choice Of Greens
- Salt And Pepper
- Butter both sides of both pieces of bread and start toasting on a grill pan on medium heat.
- Once both sides are a nice golden brown, spread one side of one slice with the brie and top that with the fontina cheese.
- Layer on a good coat of sliced apples followed by your crispy bacon.
- Drizzle honey over the bacon.
- Crack some fresh salt and pepper over the top.
- Place a handful of lettuce or your choice of greens on top of that.
- Top with the other slice of toast and push down carefully.
- Cook until the cheese is nice and melty then serve!
