Zorley Pesto
- 2 whole garlic
- 40 grams basil leaves
- 10 grams salt
- 1 packages grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 kg cashew or pine nuts
- 1 olive oil
- 1 kg cooked pasta/fettuccine noodles
- Grind the following separately
- Use a blender for the basil leaves and mix it with the following:
- Taste the pesto sauce and pour it on the pasta.
- Add grated cheese for garnishing.
