Vegan Mayo

  1. blend ingredients until smooth;.
  2. add water while blending if absolutely.
  3. necessary (you don't want this to be runny).
  4. refrigerate up to two weeks.
  5. makes about 1 1/3 cups.
  6. For Vegan do NOT use Honey but use other liquid sweetner.
