Tropic banana pudding
- 2 box vanilla or banana cream pudding mix
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 16 oz can crushed pineapples
- 1 10 0unce bag coconut
- 1 16 oz bag ginger snap cookies
- 1 8 ounce jar marashlcino cherries
- prepare pudding as directed on package
- slice bananas into pieces
- drain pineapple, save juice for another use
- toast coconut
- drain cherries, save juice
- THE ASSEMBLY:
- place layer of ginger snaps in bottom of large bowl, like a punch bowl
- add a layer of pudding
- then cookies
- then banana slices
- then pineapple
- then coconut
- then cookie again.
- repeat until all ingredients are used ending with toasted coconut
- garnish with cherries
- serve and enjoy
