Salmon Cooked In Mayonnaise - For Bento

  1. Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with a little salt.
  3. Dust with katakuriko.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan over low heat, and pan fry the salmon.
  5. While the salmon cooks, combine the * ingredients in a large bowl (large enough to add the salmon later) and mix well.
  6. Put the cooked salmon in the bowl with the sauce and mix.
  7. I used it in my husband's bento.
  8. I used it in my kids' sports festival bento too.
