Salmon Cooked In Mayonnaise - For Bento
- 2 pieces Raw salmon
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 3 tbsp * Mayonnaise
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons * Sugar
- 1 tsp * Vinegar
- 1 tsp *Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces.
- Sprinkle with a little salt.
- Dust with katakuriko.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan over low heat, and pan fry the salmon.
- While the salmon cooks, combine the * ingredients in a large bowl (large enough to add the salmon later) and mix well.
- Put the cooked salmon in the bowl with the sauce and mix.
- I used it in my husband's bento.
- I used it in my kids' sports festival bento too.
