Sweet-And-Sour Meatballs

  1. in a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  2. crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
  5. bake, uncovered , at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
  6. meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the first 5 sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. add onion.
  8. bring to a boil.
  9. cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  10. drain meatballs.
  11. top with sauce.
