Southern Chicken Gumbo Recipe

• 1 chicken breast or possibly use leftover chicken
• 1 (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
• 2 c. chicken broth
• 1 c. cut up okra
• 1 tbsp. parsley
• 1 tbsp. dry onion
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 3 drops Tabasco
• 2 c. cooked rice

1. Cook chicken and chop.
2. Place all of the above in saucepan and simmer for 30 min.
3. Add in chicken.
4. Heat till warm.
5. Pour over warm rice.
