Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger, honey, vinegar and poppy seeds in small bowl; whisk to blend.
  2. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. (Dressing can be made 1 day ahead.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.)
  5. Combine all fruit in large bowl.
  6. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  7. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
  8. Serve chilled.
