Baked Haddock
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Haddock fillets
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 500F
- In a small bowl combine the milk and salt.
- In a separate bowl combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
- Dip the haddock fillets into the milk and then press into the crumb mixture to coat.
- Pour oil into a glass baking dish and place the haddock fillets inside and drizzle with the melted butter.
- Bake until the fish flakes easily for about 15 minutes.
