Baked Haddock

  1. Preheat oven to 500F
  2. In a small bowl combine the milk and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
  4. Dip the haddock fillets into the milk and then press into the crumb mixture to coat.
  5. Pour oil into a glass baking dish and place the haddock fillets inside and drizzle with the melted butter.
  6. Bake until the fish flakes easily for about 15 minutes.
