Mango Velva Frozen
- 3 cups mangoes, ripe and pureed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)
- 1 tablespoon gelatin (unflavored)
- 14 cup water
- Mix gelatin, according to type.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to pureed mango and stir to mix.
- Add dissolved gelatin and mix well.
- Pour into ice cream container and churn as for ice cream.
- Pack until ready to serve.
- Will keep in freezer 2-4 months.
