Chicken & Pepper Saute

  1. Slice chicken into strips and set aside.
  2. Peel onion and core pepper.
  3. Slice into strips.
  4. Mince garlic and set aside.
  5. Heat sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and saute garlic for 2 minutes, until just golden.
  6. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until no longer pink.
  7. Remove from skillet, set aside and keep warm.
  8. Add pepper and onion to skillet and stir-fry about 4-5 minutes, until softened.
  9. Add chicken back into skillet.
  10. Add soy sauce and heat through, about 2 minutes.
