Grilled Lemon and Rosemary Lamb

  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, oil, rosemary, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  3. Add the lamb and toss gently, making sure each piece is well coated.
  4. Cover and put in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Thread the lamb onto skewers and grill or broil, turning once, 12 minutes for medium.
  6. Serve immediately.
