Crunchy Rice
- 5 small onions, thinely cut
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
- 300 grams peas
- 1 cup cooked rice, room temperature or cold
- 1 sesame oil
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 Sriracha
- 1 chinese five spice
- Fry the onions in some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Saute for a minute then add the chicken
- When the meat is nicely browned, turn the heat down to cook the chicken through
- When the meat's done, add peas and fry for a minute over high heat.
- Add cooked rice
- Fry the rice for a minute then add seasoning.
- Take off heat and enjoy :)
