Crunchy Rice

  1. Fry the onions in some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Saute for a minute then add the chicken
  3. When the meat is nicely browned, turn the heat down to cook the chicken through
  4. When the meat's done, add peas and fry for a minute over high heat.
  5. Add cooked rice
  6. Fry the rice for a minute then add seasoning.
  7. Take off heat and enjoy :)
