Venison Breakfast Sausage Patties

  1. Mix together the ground venison and the ground pork.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the spices together.
  3. Once mixed, combine the spices with the ground meats.
  4. Spread out meat on a cutting board, so that it fills the cutting board and is 1/4-inch in thickness.
  5. Use a cookie cutter to create circular patties.
  6. Using a spatula, remove the patties to wax paper.
  7. Cover top of patties with wax paper.
  8. Cover and leave in the refrigerator, or place in zipped plastic bags if storing for later use.
