Sweet and Spicy Glazed Meatloaf
- 2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 whole Small Green Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Prepared Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 drops Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Or To Taste

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.
- Combine first 10 ingredients.
- Shape into a loaf and place into an 11x7 baking dish.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- 3.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients, except crushed red pepper.
- Set aside.
- 4.
- Remove meatloaf from oven, coat generously with ketchup mixture, and sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
- 5.
- Return to oven and bake 45-50 minutes longer, or until cooked through.
- 6.
- Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.
