Chourico and Cheddar Palmier
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 14 cup cheddar cheese
- 14 cup chorizo sausage
- 1 ounce butter, melted
- Lay puff pastry out.
- Mix up the cheddar and chorizzo.
- Spread cheddar/chorizo mixture over puff pastry.
- Roll up puff pastry.
- Freeze.
- Take out of freezer and let soften, slightly.
- Take serrated knife and cut into 8 slices.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
