Turtle RICE KRISPIES TREATSTM

• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
• 6 cups KELLOGGS COCOA KRISPIES cereal
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Caramel Bits, divided
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

1. Microwave butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
2. or until melted and well blended when stirred.
3. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
4. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
5. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
6. Add cereal and 1 cup caramel bits; mix well.
7. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Microwave water and remaining caramel bits in small microwaveable bowl 45 sec.
9. ; stir until bits are completely melted.
10. Drizzle over cereal mixture.
11. Sprinkle with nuts; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure.
12. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
