Black Bean and Corn Chilli

  1. Brown ground beef and drain
  2. Add chopped onion and chilli mix
  3. Stir well and add remaining ingredients
  4. Cover and let simmer 20 minutes
  5. Serve with crackers or white rice.
  6. Garnish with cheddar and sour cream
