Liz's Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. bourbon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 ounce. (about 3/4 c.) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 ounce. (about 1 c.) pecan halves
- In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup.
- Mix at medium, add in Large eggs one at a time, till fluffy.
- Beat in bourbon and vanilla.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over bottom of chilled crust.
- Sprinkle pecans over chocolate chips.
- Pour in filling and bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
