Smart-Choice Chocolate-Mint Grasshopper Pie

• 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
• 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, divided
• 6 OREO Cool Mint Creme Cookies, chopped
• 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
• 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
2. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP and chopped cookies.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP; drizzle with melted chocolate.
5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
