Shrimp and Asparagus Salad

  1. Fill bowl with salad, top with asparagus.
  2. I sometimes use full-length asparagus spears and arrange on top or in individual bowls for a more festive look.
  3. Sprinkle on shrimp.
  4. For the dressing: mix mayonnaise, catsup, pickles and pickle juice.
  5. Variation dressing: mix mayonnaise with 1/3 cup shrimp cocktail sauce.
  6. Omit pickles and juice.
