Chicken Casserole Recipe
- 1 cut up chicken (or possibly sufficient to serve 4 chicken breast for 4 people)
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. raw rice (minute rice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease rectangular cake pan with butter.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over bottom of pan.
- Then sprinkle rice over the top of soup mix.
- Place chicken parts on top of layer of rice.
- Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over the chicken.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt on top of chicken.
- Do not add in any salt.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min with foil covering the pan.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 30 min.
