Buck Buchanan's Lemon Chess Pie Recipe

• 4 x Large eggs
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 4 Tbsp. butter
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 x unbaked pie shell

1. Mix all ingredients together well.
2. Put in an unbaked pie shell and bake for 35 min at 375 degrees.
