Salsa Sauce (Hot) Recipe
- 6 lg. peeled, cored tomatoes
- 2 c. green peppers, seeded, minced
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. warm pepper (chili jalapeno)
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 min.
- Pour into warm jars leaving 1/2 inch head space.
- Secure lids and rings.
- Process in boiling water bath 30 min.
