Mexican Pork Chops Revised
- 2 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix or 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packagesloppy joe with chili powder
- 1 (8 ounce) canaccents diced tomatoes
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup grated cheese
- chili pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Dice pork chops into bite size peices.
- Brown pork chops and put into bowl.
- add all ingredients except cheese.
- pour in 9x13 baking pan.
- Season with salt.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven, uncover, sprinkle with cheese
- bake 10 minutes more.uncovered.
