Master Shredded Pork (OAMC)
- 2 lbs boneless pork roast
- 1 (16 ounce) jarof medium salsa
- Place all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Add an additional hours if starting from frozen.
- Remove meat from crockpot, allow to cool, and shred with 2 forks or your (clean) bare hands.
- That's it!
