Creamy Dijon Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 cups Unsalted butter
- 2 flour
- 1-1/4 gal. milk
- 1 qt. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2-2/3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. ground red pepper
- Saute garlic in butter in large saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes.
- Add flour; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Add milk gradually, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
- Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
- Add cheese, mustard and red pepper; cook and stir until heated through.
- Serve as a sauce for hot cooked pasta or as a hot dipping sauce for appetizers and roasted vegetables.
