Crock-Pot Beef
- 1 1/2 pounds beef chuck steak
- 13 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large onions sliced
- 1 large green bell peppers sliced
- 1 pound tomatoes, canned
- 1 can mushrooms drained
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 10 ounces green beans, canned
- Put steak strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, strirring well to coat meat.
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or 5 hours on LOW and 2 hours on HIGH.
