Beef Teriyaki Recipe
- 1 pound boneless lean beef
- Teriyaki marinade (directions below)
- About 2 teaspoon salad oil
- Warm cooked rice optional
- Sliced green onion or possibly minced parsley, optional
- Cut beef across the grain in 1/8 inch thick slanting slices.
- Prepare teriyaki marinade.
- Then add in beef, mixing to coat meat well; let stand for 15 min to marinade, then drain.
- Place wok over high heat.
- When wok is warm, add in 1 tsp.
- of the oil.
- When oil is warm, add in half the meat mix; stir fry till browned (about 2 min).
- Remove to a bed of warm rice a hot serving platter; repeat, using 1 more Tbsp.
- oil and remaining meat.
- Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.

- Mix together 3 Tbsp.
- soy sauce, 2 Tbsp.
- each sugar and dry sherry, and 1/2 tsp.
- chopped fresh ginger root.
