Beef Teriyaki Recipe

  1. Cut beef across the grain in 1/8 inch thick slanting slices.
  2. Prepare teriyaki marinade.
  3. Then add in beef, mixing to coat meat well; let stand for 15 min to marinade, then drain.
  4. Place wok over high heat.
  5. When wok is warm, add in 1 tsp.
  6. of the oil.
  7. When oil is warm, add in half the meat mix; stir fry till browned (about 2 min).
  8. Remove to a bed of warm rice a hot serving platter; repeat, using 1 more Tbsp.
  9. oil and remaining meat.
  10. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
  11. Teriyaki marinade.
  12. Mix together 3 Tbsp.
  13. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp.
  14. each sugar and dry sherry, and 1/2 tsp.
  15. chopped fresh ginger root.
