Zucchini Poppy Seed Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder until blended.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Add flour mixture; stir just until blended.
  5. (Do not overmix.)
  6. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  7. Bake 1 hour to 1-1/4 hours or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
  8. Cool 15 min.
  9. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
