Breakfast Egg Hot Dish Recipe

  1. In a 13 x 9 inch pan layer 6 slices bread, 1/2 the ham and 1/2 the cheese.
  2. Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt and dry mustard together.
  3. Pour egg mix over bread layer.
  4. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
