Breakfast Egg Hot Dish Recipe
- 12 slices bread
- 3/4 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. diced ham
- Broccoli (optional)
- 6 Large eggs
- 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- In a 13 x 9 inch pan layer 6 slices bread, 1/2 the ham and 1/2 the cheese.
- Beat the Large eggs, lowfat milk, onion, salt and dry mustard together.
- Pour egg mix over bread layer.
- Keep in refrigerator overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs.
