Easy Creamy Lime Pie
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 6 limes Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (12 oz.), cubed, softened
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
- Blend all remaining ingredients except COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
