Appetizer Pate' Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Combine croutons and margarine; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350F degrees, 10 min.
  3. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat till dissolved.
  4. Combine cream cheese and braunschweiger, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended.
  5. Gradually add in gelatin.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients till blended; pour over crust.
  7. Refrigeratetill hard.
  8. Remove rim of pan.
  9. Cream Cheese
