Coney Sauce
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 medium yellow onion diced small
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons chili powder mild, medium, or hot.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- In a 4 qt sauce pot over med heat cook ground meat until done.
- Now add the onion and sweat til translucent.
- Add tomato sauce, mustard, chili powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring constantly.
