Charred Corn Tilapia

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and chili powder.
  3. Smear on both sides of the fish.
  4. Top with the corn.
  5. Place the fish on a broiler pan and broil for about 10 minutes.
  6. The fish will be cooked through (flaky) and white.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges.
