Chocolate & Banana-Peanut Butter Tarts

• 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, divided
• 1/3 cup Kraft Peanut Butter with Banana Granola Peanut
• 3/4 cup whipping cream
• 1 pkg. (255 g) frozen tart shells, baked, cooled
• 9 strawberries, quartered Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Reserve 1-1/2 Tbsp.
2. chocolate.
3. Mix remaining chocolate with peanut butter in medium bowl.
4. Beat cream with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
5. Add, in small batches, to peanut butter mixture, stirring gently after each addition just until blended.
6. Spoon into tart shells; top with strawberries.
7. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
