Chocolate & Banana-Peanut Butter Tarts
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, divided
- 1/3 cup Kraft Peanut Butter with Banana Granola Peanut
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 pkg. (255 g) frozen tart shells, baked, cooled
- 9 strawberries, quartered Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Reserve 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- chocolate.
- Mix remaining chocolate with peanut butter in medium bowl.
- Beat cream with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add, in small batches, to peanut butter mixture, stirring gently after each addition just until blended.
- Spoon into tart shells; top with strawberries.
- Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
