Mini Mozzarella and Prosciutto Skewers
- 1 pound Fresh Small Mozzarella Balls
- 12 whole Large Basil Leaves (cut Into Thirds)
- 6 ounces, weight Sliced Prosciutto (cut In Half, Then Folded Into Squares)
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, Cut In Half
- Olive Oil And Balsamic Vinegar For Drizzling
- Thread one mozzarella ball, basil leaf, prosciutto square, and tomato half onto a toothpick.
- Repeat until all your ingredients are gone!
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar right before serving.
