Golden Pancakes

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and process for 1 minute.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top.
  4. Cook until second side is golden brown.
  5. Yield: about 14 pancakes.
