Eggless, Milkless Pumpkin Cake Recipe

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in oil and pumpkin.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans or possibly one large Bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
