Citrus-White Chocolate Macaroons

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Combine coconut, white chocolate, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.
  3. Add egg whites, lemon zest and almond extract; mix well.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased and floured baking sheets.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until edges of macaroons are golden brown.
  7. Immediately remove from baking sheets to wire racks.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
