Weight Watchers Squash and Tomato Saute

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add zucchini, squash, salt and saute 5 minutes or when crisp tender.
  3. Add garlic saute for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Add tomato and cook 1 minute until headed through.
  5. Stir in basil and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  7. Serve immediately.
