Mom's favorite burger

  1. Set beef out and allow to come up to room temp
  2. Mix ground nuts, ranch, onions and mushrooms in a baggie of bowl.
  3. Once your nut mixture is mixed well, add to ground beef and use clean hands to work the mixture in
  4. Form beef into patties, and grill or cook on stove top until juices run clear.
  5. I use tennis ball sized portions to make my patties.
  6. I do not eat bread, so I eat my patty without bun or additional garnishment.
  7. I usually serve with brown rice and steamed veggies, mixing the nut mixture into my rice as well.
