Protein Bars 1

  1. Soft the butter and cream cheese together -- and mix.
  2. Add in the protein powder, and Splenda -- stir in your nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut or whatever else you're using.
  3. The batter will be pretty stiff.
  4. Spread a pan (I use a bread pan), press in mixture.
  5. If necessary spray your hands.
  6. Chill in the frig and then cut into bars.
  7. I sometimes sort them individually
  8. frozen in a zip-loc bag, and then I can just grab one to take to work.
