Chocolate Caramel Brownies Recipe
- 1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 (14 ounce.) pkg. caramels
- Mix cake, butter and 1/3 c. lowfat milk.
- Spread 1/2 batter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min.
- Heat caramels and 1/3 c. lowfat milk.
- Spread melted caramel over baked batter.
- Sprinkle c. of chocolate chips over caramel.
- Spread the rest of batter on top.
- Return to oven at 350 degrees for 20 min.
