Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Roasted Garlic Dressing
- 3 cups KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup peeled garlic cloves, roasted, mashed
- - salt
- - pepper
- 48 rolls kaiser rolls, split
- 48 each boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied, grilled
- 48 each lettuce leaves
- Place mayonnaise, mustard, buttermilk and garlic in blender or food processor container; cover.
- Blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of roll with 2 Tbsp.
