Mexican Casserole

  1. Combine melted butter & chex.
  2. Toss to coat well.
  3. Put 2 cups in bottom of shallow baking dish.
  4. Crush remaining chex.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In skillet, brown beef & drain.
  7. Add seasonings.
  8. Mix in tomato & taco sauces.
  9. Layer half the corn, meat mixture, & cheese over chex in baking dish.
  10. Repeat with remaining corn, meat, & cheese.
  11. Sprinkle reserved chex crumbs over top.
  12. Bake in 325F oven for 35 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
