Condensed Milk Muffins
- 50 grams Butter
- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk (Or "mirusuke's" "Easy in the Microwave Milk Jam Made with Milk"
- 50 ml Milk
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Bring the butter, egg, condensed milk and milk to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Combine the flour and baking powder and sift.
- Mix the butter in a bowl.
- Add sugar, condensed milk, beaten egg and milk in that order, mixing with each addition.
- Use a double boiler if you are having trouble mixing it.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients and cut in until the batter is no longer floury.
- Pour into the moulds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- It's done.
