Crunch Time Parfait
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Butterscotch Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 6 Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Bran Crunch cookies, crushed
- 1 banana, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
- 2 Tbsp. toasted finely chopped pecans
- Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Spoon one-third of the pudding evenly into four dessert or parfait glasses; top evenly with layers of half each of the cookie crumbs and bananas.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover with remaining pudding.
- Top with whipped topping and pecans.
- Refrigerate at least 5 min.
- before serving.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
